Sign of the Cow

This sign is right by our driveway. It is a magical sign. It denotes a place where cows will cross. Our neighbour has a herd of about forty head of mothers and calves. Every other morning they appear in a different pasture. A few times even our own pasture across the road. But we never see them being moved. I think the sign must act like a wand. A blink . . . and the cows have crossed.
